Turnaround time is currently 2-6 weeks. Some suppliers take longer than others to ship their product.
You have 24 hours after paying for your order to change anything. After 24 hours you can no longer change as items have already been sent over to our ordering team.
Pick up and shipping are both available at checkout. You can choose which one you'd like. Pick up is in Grimes or Norwalk. We also offer local delivery which is not through a 3rd party shipper, we deliver your products directly.
Shipping is depending on weight. Shipping type does not speed up production time. If you need something by a specific date PLEASE REACH OUT. Shipping time is only the time an item is in transit.
How long does it take to hear back from you?
24-48 hours, holidays give me a little longer due to the high demand I get at that time. I get LOTS of messages in a day, I’m not ignoring anyone and I promise I will return your message as quickly as I can! Custom Orders:
When you are ordering something and you KNOW you need to receive it by a certain day PLEASE TELL ME THE EXACT DATE YOU NEED IT BY. I cannot keep overnighting things because I’m told the day before that you need it the next day. **THIS IS SO IMPORTANT.**
Orders must be paid for in full BEFORE I will start creating your items or even order supplies for the item. Because a lot of what I do is custom to the person ordering I will not start your order prior to payment.
Can you do rush orders?
IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITHIN 5 DAYS OF NEEDING IT THERE WILL BE A $10 RUSH CHARGE. PERIOD.
Do you take returns or offer refunds?
There are NO returns or refunds. All orders are final. 90% of my work is custom therefore cannot be resold. If there seems to be a problem with your order please reach out so we can come up with a solution to the problem. In most cases you will receive a credit for a future purchase rather than a refund back to your payment source.
Size exchanges are available under certain circumstances. It has to be an item I have listed and the original item must be returned to me in the condition I sent it out in. Not washed, not warn, no damages. Please contact me if needed.
How long do I have to pay my invoice?
Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or your invoice will be canceled.
Three unpaid invoices and you are removed from the group. This is my income (only income at that) and I can't keep sending out invoices that don't get paid.
Other information:
Once your item is shipped it is no longer in my hands. You will need to contact your local post office to see where your package is.
Coupons cannot be stacked.
