Do I have to have an account to order?
No, but this is the easiest way for you to check in on your orders. Not having an account might not show you all information you need to know on your order. If you need account help please email help@sincerelybre.org This email is the one to use for ANY questions you might have and custom orders. If you email back to an order confirmation I might not see it as that mailbox is not monitored.
Current turn around time?
Turnaround time is currently 2-6 weeks. Some suppliers take longer than others to ship their product. The time your order goes out also depends on your place in line according to payment. Cups are usually 6-10 weeks out (specifically epoxy).
Can I change a color or size after placing my order?
You have 24 hours after paying for your order to change anything. After 24 hours you can no longer change as items have already been sent over to our ordering team.

Points/Reward system:
There are two ways to earn rewards: 1. Referring friends 2. Making purchases.
1. If you bring someone new to the group you can give them your referral code. It is for $5 off their first purchase. When they use the code it also rewards you with a $5 off coupon.
2. Buy things! The rate is $1=2 points. 150 points = $1 off.
REWARDS how to redeem:
After putting items in your cart but before going to check out, click on the yellow circle to bring up your rewards. From here you can choose to add your rewards. ONLY ONE REWARD CAN BE USED AT A TIME.
To redeem points: click on all rewards. Next click on redeem. Once there you can move the slider to choose how many of your points you want to spend. Once you click redeem it automatically adds the discount to your total on your cart.
To redeem referral money: go to your rewards, there you can click on the referral reward and click apply. This will automatically apply it to your cart.
Points only work on orders over $30
I accidentally chose pick up or need to switch to shipping, what do I do?
